Series 5: Faith at Work
As we close out Series 5: Faith at Work, we pause.
We are not rushing ahead. We are taking time to reflect deeply.
Reflection is where real change starts.
In this series, we explored what it means to live out our faith at work. Not just in big moments, but in the small, steady choices that shape us.
Excellence as Worship
We learned that our work is not just a responsibility. It is an offering.
Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us to work from the heart, as for the Lord.

Excellence isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being intentional and showing up with care, integrity, and purpose.
Handling Conflict
We also explored how to handle conflict in a way that reflects Christ.
Matthew 18:15 calls us to address issues directly, with honesty and humility.
Conflict is not something to avoid. It is something we are called to handle well.
Integrity in Small Things
Luke 16:10 reminds us that faithfulness in small things matters.

Integrity grows in the moments no one else sees.
It’s about who we are when no one is watching.
Bringing It Together
These themes are not separate. They are connected.
They shape how we represent Christ in our workplaces.
Our work becomes a witness. Not just by what we say, but by how we live.
Reflection Prompts
Take time this week to reflect:
- Where have we grown the most in this series?
- Where do we still feel challenged?
- What is one practical change we can make this week?
Moving Forward
Faith at work isn’t about adding more to our to-do list.
It’s about making sure what we already do lines up with who we are in Christ.
As we move into our next series, Money, Margin, and Generosity, we will continue building on this foundation.
Because everything we have ultimately belongs to God.
