Key Scripture: Matthew 28:6 (CSB)
“He is not here. For he has risen…”

What Easter Declares

Easter is not just a celebration. It is a declaration.

Death did not win.
Sin did not win.
The story did not end at the cross.

Jesus rose.

And because He rose, everything changed.

So what we are seeing is this, resurrection is not just something that happened, it is something we are invited into.

What This Means for Us Today

Easter is not only about eternity. It is about how we live right now.

Because of the resurrection:

  • We are not stuck in our past
  • We are not defined by our lowest moments
  • We are not without hope

We are invited into new life.

Not someday. But today.

Making It Practical

Living in resurrection power is not about perfection. It is about walking in newness step by step.

1. Choose new patterns over old ones
Even when it feels unfamiliar.

2. Speak truth over our lives
Not what we feel, but what God has said.

3. Walk forward with hope
Even when everything is not fully resolved.

So what we have discussed so far is this, Easter is not just something we celebrate once a year. It is something we live out daily.

A Simple Reflection

Where is God inviting us to walk in new life?
And what is one step we can take today to move forward in that direction?

Easter reminds us that the story is not over.
And neither are we.
